Returning the Item


Before shipping the item(s) back to Aim Sports Inc. a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained by contacting Technical Assistance. All return items must be received with an RA# and completed warranty form. There may be a delay in processing returns without the required information. Aim Sports Inc. may contact the customer for additional information before processing. Shipping returned items shall be on the customer's initiative, however, Aim Sports Inc. will cover shipping replacements back to the customer. Aim Sports Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of items returned to a single customer.

Warranty policy

The Aim Sports Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty covers against defects in materials and workmanship. Aim Sports Inc. will replace or repair defective products upon inspection by our technical staff. Defects or damage from abnormal use, improper storage, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration or improper installation will void the product warranty and eligibility. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers items purchased from an authorized dealer, and proof of purchase may be required for verification. Discontinued or out of stock items may be replaced with items of equal or lesser value and with similar features at the discretion of Aim Sports Inc. Rings, lens covers, lens cloths, batteries and other accessories provided with the product are not covered under the Aim Sports Inc Limited Lifetime Warranty but may be replaced on a courtesy basis dependent upon availability and the discretion of the AIM Sports Inc. technical staff. AIM Sports is not responsible for data or claims made by dealers that is not present on public materials originating from the AIM Sports website or technical materials provided with the AIM Sports trademark.

Customer concerns regarding function, fitting, or compatibility should be directed to the Aim Sports Customer Relations Department at 1-855-ASK-4AIM between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. All returns/exchanges require a RMA number provided by us. Aim Sports Inc. will provide a shipping label for all returns/exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase for any consumer item purchased through aimsportsinc.com and does require proof of purchase. Shipping defective items after 30 days will be at the customer's expense.  Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of the original item by the Aim Sports technical staff. Items found not to be defective as described in the RMA form may be returned to the customer at Aim Sport's expense.  Non-defective items may be returned at the discretion of the Aim Sports Customer Relations Department within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Non-defective items returned after 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and must be returned no later than 90 days from original purchase date. Non-defective returns must include all original components (packaging, hardware, tools, manuals ect.) and show no signs of installation or prior use. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer at the their expense with no refund issued.
